The search for the perfect so-called diet to lose weight is exhausting and simply a waste of time. Why? Because diets don't work. Yep, it's all about a life-style change and one that gives your body all of the nutrients it needs to decrease the inflammation in your body. Of course, portion control, hydration and exercise--yes, even just lots of walking-- are among the other important components for weight loss too. But I want to emphasize the importance of reducing the inflammation in your body, and how getting the right nutrients into your body every day is so important for your weight management and health. Disclaimer here, I'm not a medical doctor trying to give you any medical advice. But I would like to share with you some of my own knowledge about nutrition and diets after working with some of the top nutritionists in the country.
See if you're not giving your body the proper nutrients and micronutrients it needs, then your cells will battle over the limited nutrients you do give them every day. This can lead to chronic inflammation in your body AND some of the crazy cravings you might be experiencing as your body sends signals to your brain that you're still hungry because your cells aren't properly nourished. Unfortunately, if you're like many people, you might be grabbing some convenient and often processed foods to squelch those cravings. Yes, that's an endless and frustrating cycle for many of us that leads to overeating and extra weight. And even if you're eating a good diet, chances are you're not getting all of the nutrients your body needs because an apple today has a fraction of the nutrients it had 50 years ago because the soils used for agriculture are now severely depleted of nutrients and micronutrients. This soil depletion problem is a worldwide crisis that even the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization is addressing.
Keep in mind, poor nutrition is just one of the causes of chronic inflammation. Other factors include: stress, exposure to environmental toxins and free radicals, a microbial or viral infection and aging. Also, inflammation in itself isn't necessarily a good or bad thing as it's part of the body’s natural inflammatory response to an injury or infection that causes your body to increase the production of white blood and immune cells to help fight infection. Moreover, there are two types of inflammation: short-term, which is known as acute inflammation and then long-term, which is known as chronic inflammation. It's the chronic inflammation that we want to work to ward off to keep us healthier and more youthful.
So, when it comes to battling the bulge, reducing pain and slowing down the aging process and other culprits of inflammation in your body--eating a healthy diet is essential. Yes, you need to focus on a healthy, whole foods diet that's rich in anti-inflammatory foods like green leafy vegetables, berries, olive oil and nuts. You also need to take a good multi-vitamin that designed to be absorbed by your body to fill in the nutrition gaps. Because even if you're eating healthy, remember you're probably not getting all of the nutrients you need because of the soil depletion problem. I along with many others have also had great results using a natural anti-inflammatory product called RENEW that you can purchase directly from me that's made by the company, Vasayo. RENEW utilizes an advanced non-gmo liposomal delivery system
My Dr. has been waning me to try this (RENEW) for awhile. Finally did. 3 sprays 3x day for 5 Days, then drop to 1 or 2 sprays 2x day. It was amazing. I lost 4 pounds in 4 Days. It was all liquid from inflammation. I ran out after 2 bottles and didn’t reorder. My stomach bloated up and my jeans wouldn’t fit. I know I have other issues, that I’m addressing, but I love this stuff! My Dr said that if digestive tract is inflamed then nutrient absorption is low. By reducing inflammation you can absorb better and get the body what it needs to heal! ~TexasKel
